Policies - Warranties/Returns

It is a condition of sale that you understand and agree to the below policies in regards to warranty, exchange and returns.

Returns and Exchange: These conditions are in addition to our responsibilities under Australian law.

Return and/or Refund due to a customers "change of mind" :-

Returns/refunds/exchanges are not offered on digital products or shipped software (including downloads). 
VoiceRecognition.com.au Pty Ltd will consider a requested return/exchange of physical items that are un-used, un-opened and in original and resaleable condition within 7 days of purchase. In some cases, a return/refund may be denied - depending on the circumstances/managers discretion.
Any returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Any returns that do meet these conditions will be considered by management and if a refund of the purchase price is issued, it will be for the item value less a 15% re-stocking fee.
Freight and Handling charges will not be refunded. 
Any items returned in a used, damaged or otherwise unacceptable condition will be returned to the sender at their own cost. 
A request for an exchange is considered a "change of mind" and will be at the managers discretion.
Additional freight charges will apply to the sending of the exchanged goods.

Warranty Claims: Call the manufacturers support line for your specific product for detailed information on the warranty they offer.
Typically, warranty will cover manufacturing faults and failuires during a warranted period but not accidental damage, general wear and tear or mis-use. You will need a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt / tax invoice).

How to lodge a warranty claim:

2. Contact VoiceRecognition.com.au on 1300 255 900
3. Either the manufacturer or VoiceRecognition.com.au will provide further information. The typical process will require that you request a Return Authority to be returned with the warranted goods. Goods are to be returned to voicerecognition.com.au at the customers expense for evaluation and processing. This is non-refundable and a condition of sale. Once goods have been received and tested we will  advise of the outcome. Generally, warranty turn-around times are about 5 business days. Goods will be returned to the customer at voicerecognition.com.au's expense - unless good are found not to be faulty . If the good are not faulty, the customer will be required to pay the return shipping and handling fee.
