Do I need my existing Dragon licence?
Yes. You need your organisation's valid Dragon Professional Group licence to activate the software. The installer on its own isn't a licence.
Is Dragon Professional Group 15 compatible with Windows 11?
DPG15 isn't officially supported on Windows 11. Dragon Professional Group 16 is the supported version. Ask us about upgrading.
Can I reinstall Dragon Professional Group on a new PC?
Generally yes, provided you hold a valid licence. Tell us on the form if you're replacing a failed PC or rolling out new machines and we'll advise on the best approach.
Does the download include support?
