This policy applies to all subscription-based products sold through Voice Recognition Australia, including Speech Recognition Cloud, Dragon Professional Anywhere, Dragon Medical One, and any other software or service offered on a recurring billing basis.
All purchases of subscription products are subject to the terms of this Subscription Policy. Please review carefully before completing your order.
This policy operates in conjunction with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this document overrides or limits those rights.
All subscriptions are sold as prepaid plans for the selected billing period (e.g. monthly or annual). By purchasing a subscription, you are agreeing to pay upfront for the full term of the plan.
Some subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing period. If your plan includes automatic renewal, you will be charged the applicable fee at the start of each new term unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, canceling does not provide a refund for the remaining time in your current prepaid period.
After cancellation, you will retain full access to your software or service until the end of your existing billing cycle.
