Note that there are only numeric ZERO’s in this Serial key and no alphabetical “ohs” in the serial.

DRAGON PRO 16 UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS

YOU MUST HAVE DRAGON PRO 15 INSTALLED TO INSTALL THE V16 UPGRADE

STEP 1. Locate your serial number
When upgrading Dragon, the serial number for your existing Dragon Pro v15 installation is required. Do one of the following to locate your serial number:

- From the DragonBar, click the Help icon () and then select About Dragon.The serial number appears on the screen. Copy this.
- You may still have an old email from us that has the serial key. Contact us if you can't find it and it was bought from voicerecognition.com.au

STEP 2. Export your current v15 voice profile
Export your old user profile for safekeeping as it is a good idea to save a copy of the old profile before any upgrade.

Keep this folder somewhere safe.
DO NOT uninstall the earlier v15 version of Dragon Pro. 

STEP 3.  Click the following *download link. A window will open – click on the > next to " NEW Dragon Professional 16" then "Download DP16"and the Dragon Professional will download. Run this file. You will be prompted to input your old Serial Key and the new Serial from your recent purchase during the install. *Download Link.

INSTALL FULL VERSION DRAGON PROFESSIONAL 16

Download Link: Click the download link. A window will open – click on the > next to " NEW Dragon Professional 16" then "Download DP16"and the Dragon Professional will download. Run this file (unless you are upgrading - then see upgrade instructions below) and Dragon will begin to install and download additional components. This may take a while - depending on your internet speed. 

Please note where you are saving the file. The file may download to the default for your web browser. Instructions on how to find the default location.
