The Medical Ultra edition runs Ultra Mode for clinical dictation and supports English in seven localisations — Australian, US, UK, New Zealand, Canadian, Irish and Indian. This is the plan if you dictate consultation notes, referral letters or reports.

Are these prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and includes GST, and you receive a tax invoice on purchase. If you are buying from outside Australia, the price converts to your local currency at checkout.
How does billing work?
Each paid plan is an annual subscription for one user, billed upfront. It auto-renews every 12 months unless you cancel before the renewal date. If you cancel, access continues to the end of the term you have paid for.
Can I upgrade from the Free edition later?
Yes. Install the free edition, use it, and move to a paid plan whenever you are ready. No reinstall and no new serial number — the licence attaches to your email login.
Can I use one licence on more than one computer?
Yes. A licence covers one person and can be used on multiple PCs, one at a time.
Do you refund unused subscription time?
No. Annual subscriptions are prepaid, so unused time is not refunded. That is why the free edition exists — try it first.
