Does it work with my practice management software?

Yes — Dragon Medical One dictates into any Windows application that accepts text input. We have direct customer deployments across Best Practice, Genie, Medical Director, Shexie, and Gentu. If you can type into it, DMO can dictate into it.

Where is the data hosted? Is it compliant?

Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the Australian region. Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with no data leaving Australian sovereign infrastructure. The platform is used by every state and territory health department in Australia and by major hospital networks.

Is there a trial? What does it actually involve?

What happens to my voice profile if I cancel?

Your custom vocabulary and voice profile stay active for the duration of your subscription, plus a 30-day grace period after cancellation. If you resubscribe within those 30 days, your profile and all your custom terms are intact. After 30 days, Nuance permanently deletes the profile — so a later resubscription means starting fresh. We'd rather tell you that up front than have it be a surprise.

Who is supporting me when something breaks?
