"Dragon Medical One allows me to generate a record of consultation immediately. The patient is able to take the letter with them and the referring doctor has the information immediately.

Being able to dictate on multiple devices without having to train local database has improved the start-up efficiency and, a single license allows access to multiple machines. There is no significant learning curve and adding new words is relatively easy.

Fortunately, new words do not need to be added very often as the database (Neurology vocabulary) is already excellent. "
