Dragon Installation / Troubleshooting

-Up to one hour Dragon installation/troubleshooting session.
-Team viewer will be used for remote access.
-Does not include ongoing annual support. (Available separately)



TeamViewer: Voice Recognition Australia uses an industry-standard remote support/training application called TeamViewer. It's secure, trustworthy and we will simply email you a link so you can access the program. You will see 100% of what we do on your screen, so there no need to be concerned about this remote technology.

Our remote training & technical support is available 9am-5pm Mon-Friday, however you need to book in at advance when possible. Urgent technical issues can usually be booked immediately (call us), the training session will need to be scheduled in advance by contacting or calling us.
