Help Desk Support is available for some products.
This service allows you to contact us during business hours with any questions relating to your purchase of software from us.
If you are having a problem with your software (ie. are not able to get it working) we are of course always happy to help anyway. Help Desk relates more to questions which are covered in the included manuals and questions on how to perform tasks.
You will require your invoice number when making any Help Desk related enquiries.
